About me
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast, a healthy home cook, and a mindfulness teacher. I teach people how to establish a healthy lifestyle that fits seamlessly into their busy life through a series of small, achievable changes that create a way of life that supports their long-term health, happiness, and well-being.
Like most people, I’ve had my share of health challenges through the years, digestive troubles, a less-than-ideal diet, and a stressful, sedentary lifestyle. I wanted to learn how to feel my best and achieve the healthiest self possible throughout my life. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and learned about healthy lifestyles, such as nutrition and physical activity, but also how to be fulfilled in all areas of my life, including career, finances, creativity, spirituality, joy, relationships, and my home environment. I learned that health is more than just what I put on my plate, but is also how I live my whole life.
I’ll teach you how to plan and prepare healthy, nutritious meals that you can make throughout the week. We will strategize how to fit movement and activity into your life. But we won’t stop there. We’ll examine sleep habits, stress levels, and even satisfaction at work and home. Together we’ll create actionable goals and an achievable plan to address any areas that need attention. I aim to empower you to make the necessary changes to help you feel your best.
