I love to help people who know that they can feel better by eating fresh, unprocessed foods, addressing their stress, moving more, sleeping better, and having meaningful social connections, but they don’t know how to work that into a busy and stressful life.
I will teach you about nutritious foods and a healthy lifestyle, but I will also work with you individually to fit that into your life. I won’t just give you a list of foods and recipes, but we’ll discuss your favorite foods, how to create healthy, simple variations, and how to prepare new meals you will love. Together we’ll devise a plan to help you prepare those foods in a way that works into your schedule and lifestyle. We’ll also discuss the factors that influence what you eat, your family and social connections, your level of stress, and your thoughts and beliefs about food.
But health is so much more than what you put on your plate. We’ll talk about how to work movement into your daily routine. I’ll introduce mindfulness and stress reduction. We’ll talk about how to establish healthy habits. My coaching addresses your unique and individual needs and goals.
